Why a subscription?
We want to make sure we can support and improve this app for a long time. The only way of ensuring this is to have subscriptions (instead of pay-up-front) which provide a sustainable business model that allows continued support of the app as new versions of iOS and cloud SDKs come out.
What are the subscription options?
We offer different subscription options depending on how you are planning to use the app. For the most updated pricing options please visit our pricing page:
Using the app on multiple devices
The upgrade is valid on all devices using the same Apple account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android). To restore a purchase on another device follow these instructions:
1) Open the app on the device you want to restore purchases
2) Login into any of the services we offer
3) Go to the Settings tab
4) Tap in the 'RESTORE' button
If you are planning to use the app with multiple users in your team you should sign up for a team account.
How to cancel before the next period?
Each subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription follow these steps on iOS:
1) Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3) Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4) Tap Subscriptions.
5) Tap the subscription that you want to manage. ...
6) Use the options to manage your subscription.
