Centralized Photo Management
The new team portal provides a dedicated space for setting up and managing your team. Create a team for your company and invite colleagues effortlessly, ensuring that everyone is synced and ready to contribute.
Compatibility
The new collaboration features work with Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
Collaboration made easy
The ability to create team folders allows for better organization and access control. Each team member can contribute by uploading files directly to designated folders, which are immediately available to anyone in the team with the right permissions.
From the team portal you can create shared folders where team members can upload photos and videos using our mobile app. Once a user is assigned to a folder they will be able to access that folder from the mobile app and add photos and videos to it.
Log of activity
Our new admin portal not only lets you manage memberships and folders but also provides an overview of the photos and videos uploaded by your team. This feature aids in tracking contributions and activity, helping maintain oversight of project progress and individual involvement.
